Refund policy

Return & Refund Policy

All sales made through Sovereign Works are considered final unless otherwise stated in writing.

Due to the nature of our products, including precious metals, collectibles, sealed products, and wholesale merchandise, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order has been placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or is missing an item, please contact Sovereign Works promptly after delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the product and shipping packaging when applicable.

We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement, correction, or other resolution at our discretion.

Sealed Products

Products sold as sealed products are not eligible for return or refund once opened, altered, damaged, or tampered with. Product contents, distributions, and specifications are described on the applicable product page.

Precious Metals

Due to fluctuations in precious-metal markets, orders containing precious metals or precious-metal-related products are final once placed and are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation based on changes in market price.

Wholesale Orders

Wholesale and dealer orders are final. Wholesale orders are not eligible for return or exchange except in the event of an incorrect shipment, verified damage, or another issue determined by Sovereign Works.

Shipping and insurance charges are non-refundable except when required by applicable law or when a refund results from an error by Sovereign Works.

Order Issues

Customers and authorized dealers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information when placing an order. Sovereign Works is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.
